- 2 - What are the terms for refunds?
1.2.3 gives you the freedom to change your minds on unworn items with original labels attached, returned with their invoice or delivery slip within 30 days of the receipt of the order, including during sales or promotions periods.

Shipping costs are your responsibility, except if the return is being made due to an error on our part.
The refund request should be carried out within 5 working days of receipt of the parcel. Your bank account will be directly credited with the amount of the returned items using the secure payment partner Adyen.
In that case, a refund confirmation email will be sent.
Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.
- 3 - How are refunds paid?
When returning goods to the warehouse, funds are automatically paid into your bank account. The Customer’s bank account will be directly credited with the cost of the returned items using the secure payment partner Adyen. Refunds will be paid within 2 to 5 days. An email confirmation of the refund will be sent to you.
- 4 - How can I use my voucher code?
To use the vouchers related to your 1.2.3 loyalty card, you need to provide your card number (10 digits) when creating your account at www.1-2-3.com If you have a current voucher, confirm your shopping cart and enter the code in the field “Do you have a voucher?”. You can find your loyalty card voucher codes in the information printed on the back of the postcard you received by mail or on the printable coupon if you received an email. There is a limit of 3 voucher codes per order. If your voucher code is not recognised, be sure to check : - That you are logged into your account - Your loyalty card number is entered in the tab “My Dashboard” of your account if you have a loyalty card - The voucher has not expired - You have not added more than 3 codes to your cart (a maximum of 3 vouchers is allowed for each order) - The terms and conditions for combined discounts in the legal statement if you have multiple vouchers in your cart - The products for which you wish to use the voucher are not excluded from this product promotion (for instance: red dots).
- 5 - I forgot my password. What should I do?
When creating your account, you will receive a confirmation email containing your password. You can also go to the section “My account” and click “Forgot your password?”. Enter your email address to instantly receive an email with a new password.
- 6 - How do I create my account?
To create your account: - go to the section “My account” at the top right of the screen - click on “Register”. - enter your card number if you have one, your title, email address and finally create a password. - a confirmation email will be sent with a reminder of your password. Be sure to keep it safe since it you will need it to log in again.
