With 1.2.3, you can pay in total peace of mind. We’ve joined forces with service providers Adyen to bring you a secure payment service in line with SSL security standards. All confidential data is encrypted and sent directly via the Adyen server, not our own.

Pay using a card that’s convenient for you: Carte Bleue (debit card), Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard American Express, and all cards accepted in countries included in our delivery zone. 1.2.3 reserves the right to refuse some payment methods following credit checks.

Order tracking

Whatever your shipping method, you can track the status of your order under "My Account/My Orders".

At any time, you can find out:
  • The status of your order
  • The dispatch date (you will be notified by email)
  • And the delivery of your package to the chosen address using a tracking number that will be sent to you.

Delivery in 3 to 10 days

We process packages from Monday to Friday. Your order will be processed in no more than 1-2 days. Delivery times are those charged by our partners (Coliposte).
Generally, these do not exceed 10 days.

During special sales or promotions, this period may be longer, but we guarantee that our staff and partners do their utmost to take care of you as soon as possible.

1.2.3 gives you the freedom to change your minds on unworn items with original labels attached, returned with their invoice or delivery slip within 30 days of the receipt of the order, including during sales or promotions periods

Due to logistical reasons, parcels sent with the shipping company Hermes will not be accepted.

Get a refund by directly returning items ordered online by post to the following address:

Shipping costs are your responsibility, except if the return is being made due to an error on our part.

The refund request should be carried out within 5 working days of receipt of the parcel. Your bank account will be directly credited with the amount of the returned items using the secure payment partner Adyen.
In that case, a refund confirmation email will be sent.

Caution: items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.

1.2.3 treats you to free delivery on orders of €120 or more. No complicated processes or codes required: shipping costs are automatically reset to €0!
